Susan K. Kendall, Of Counsel

Susan practices primarily in the area of employment law and has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on the myriad of employment issues faced by business owners, HR managers, and in-house counsel. Susan works with sole proprietors, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, counties, public schools, medical clinics, manufacturers, and nonprofit organizations. She regularly provides legal and strategic advice to employers on employment matters including hiring, promotion, performance issues, and termination in compliance with federal and state laws.

She also represents clients in state and federal court and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, and the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing.

Susan has been a featured speaker at continuing legal education classes sponsored by the Arkansas Bar Association as well as numerous seminars to the members of the business community in Northwest Arkansas. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in the areas of Litigation – Labor and Employment, Construction Law and Transportation Law and has been named by Best Lawyers as “Lawyer of the Year in 2020” for Labor and Employment Litigation in Arkansas.
