Thomas N. Kieklak

Tom has more than 30 years’ experience working as a public sector attorney representing counties and cities in complex civil rights issues, administrative proceedings, eminent domain, litigation and appeals, as well as assisting public officials and employees navigate the complex legal issues they face every day.

He is a recipient of the Glen G. Zimmerman Municipal Law Award for Outstanding Contributions in the Practice of Arkansas Municipal Law.  He also represents several private sector clients in litigation, land use and employment matters. Tom has served as a Legal Counsel for Benton County as well as a number of cities in Northwest Arkansas, and is a member of the Arkansas City Attorneys Association and the International Municipal Lawyers Association.
